TikTok influencer HSTikkyTokky was taken into custody after evading law enforcement for almost twelve months in connection with alleged driving offences.
The 24-year-old, identified as HSTikkyTokky, was sought by local authorities for failing to attend a legal hearing subsequent to a collision in Surrey's Virginia Water in spring 2024.
Police had previously launched an public call for leads after the motorist of a high-performance vehicle linked to a collision with a different vehicle fled the location.
The influencer, who missed a scheduled hearing in November, had since shared content on social media from the Middle East.
A announcement from the police force on Monday stated: "One young man from Essex was taken into custody on the end of the week for failing to appear at a legal proceeding for dangerous driving.
"The individual appeared at Guildford Magistrates' Court on the weekend and has been remanded ahead of a subsequent hearing at another court on early next week."
